KG-archivsuisse: information for medical professionals

KG-archivsuisse operates the industry-specific solution for archiving medical records in collaboration with FMH Services.

KG-archivsuisse archives physical and digital medical records in compliance with data protection regulations and in pseudonymised form, in accordance with the FMH’s code of conduct. This service is primarily aimed at doctors who are setting up or handing over their practice, as well as their successors. With KG-archivsuisse, you can comply with all legal archiving periods and grant former patients their right to access their records, without any effort on your part.

KG-archivsuisse benefits patients who wish to access their medical records following the opening or handover of a practice.

KG-archivsuisse also offers a scanning service for medical records, thereby supporting doctors in the transition to digital record keeping.
