Welcome to the enhanced customer portal

Maximum security four your data, enhanced search functions and a refreshed interface make it even easier to order your records through the customer portal.

You can log in as usual with your user name and password. The customer ID is no longer required.

Additionally you can now activate a 2-factor authentication for the login. By doing so you increase the security. You can also change your passwort at any time. We recommend to do this regularly.

If you have bookmarked the customer portal in your browser, we recommend to update it.
